My man Rossie.. You are a true friend and true support to me also. After talking with you and coming home, it hit me I have to do more. Talking with you while my sons watched was more than I could have created since they got to hear about their dad and understand my changes in life. So I stand and thank you. Remember my friend, the Lord has allowed us to be right where we are. Keep pushing to be the man you are and the Lord will smile on you. Anytime you need me my friend, call and I am there.. God Bless.

Hey guys, I don't want anyone to feel slighted by me not giving a personal shout out or thank you. You all mean so much to my wife and I. This walk I am on and life I am living wouldn't have been possible without the Love and Grace of God, who saw fit to save me from myself. I also couldn't walk this walk without knowing there are so many out there who truly understand what this turn around means. I am honored and blessed each time someone post a kind word here, buys a book or sends me a email. This process is not only about book sales but more about getting the words out to those it can help. Please continue to support and pray for my family as I will do the same for yours. There is no situation you can't turn around from, I am living proof. As doors open I am reminded and kept grounded by the fact this was not done alone. Please, feel free to call on me in you need someone to talk to.. Take Care and I humbly thank each and everyone who has stopped by. In Jesus name.

May God Continue to bless you all..

LMAO....You know I started using a new email account, over 5 years ago, but never closed the old one down...Tonight, something prompted me to go into the old account and just see what kind of mail is in there...and what do I see...Some promotional material about K.L. AKA FATSX, my dear old friend....This is Choc, (sharon) your old friend from NY that now resides in Charlotte, NC. Fatsx, it was such a pleasure to open this page and see the transition you have made. I feel blessed to see it and I am feeling it wasn't by accident. Please allow me to congratulate you on your success in the writing arena and also please tell the lovely Mrs. Fatsx, that she is truly a blessing as well to have been there side by side with you while you transitioned. Thank you for the fine representation of manhood you are showing. I am purchasing your book my friend, so I can smile some more...Be blessed and assured you are being prepared for greatness my dear.....Love always in friendship, Sharon

P.S. I will be sure to share this with my parents and my sister...MSBIGEYEZ....

IM CURRENTLY WORKING ON A SERIES OF SHORT STORIES, CALLED "UNDA THE SUN " . IT WILL FOCUS ON THE NEEDS AND CONCERNS OF TODAYS YOUTH. RIGHT NOW THEY NEED US MORE THAN EVER. IM A PROUD FATHER OF AN 18 YR OLD. HE IS MY ONLY SON,BUT I FEEL LIKE IM A FATHER TO MOST OF HIS FRIENDS. KNOWING THAT I CAN NEVER BE THEIR FATHER. BUT I WILL ALLWAYS BE A MENTOR TO THEM.

KL... Where to begin? As a person who grew up with you from age 5 or so to 18; and one who has also not had any contact with you over the past 20 years gives me a unique prosective of you... KL. First and foremost, the pride I have for you is too large for the text in which we write. Keith, I was so excited to see you pop up in my myspace page and once I read and googled about the man you've become I was overcome with emotion. You see "A man in transition" is the only man I've ever known. I'm sure you would agree we were like brothers growing up. But to me, you were much more than that. You were anything I needed at the time. A brother, a father and most of all, the best friend one could ask for. A truly believe God called you to Jersey for my sake. Without you, I would have been stunted mentally and still be there. As for your "transition", my brother you have grown and taken the shape of the women who raised you. My memories of your Grandmother prints an image of you today. The thoughtful talks you two would share. Her willingness to "save" you at any cost. I hear her speak to you today as clearly as i hear her humming beautifully around the house. And your mother, she is the CEO. The rock. What she did for you and Renee is touching in hindsight. KL the CEO could exist without her. So you see, for my prospective you have come full circle. The man you write about now is the man I know and love. And if we don't have any contact for another 20 years know this.. The purpose God has for you worked well with me. You probably never knew what you meant to me, I believe I'm proof that your path is true and righteous. Continue on.. With love, your friend for life

Hi, KL, thanks for your kind words this week! They are very much appreciated. How are things with you and your family? I hope the holidays carry as little stress as possible, with the uncertainties of our economy.

I was out last night with an associate who came to our poetry reading. She's a tiny tiny Asian woman and she brought her boyfriend with her. She said her boyfriends favorite poem was Big/Ghetto Girl. She said he adapted the title and calls her his Little Girl now, reciting some of that poem.

Thought I'd share. It's a wonderful feeling to know our words not only connect with people but becomes a part of their lives.

Wishing you the best,
